#How the module is organized

Cycles define a review period (quarterly, annual); Goals are set within a Cycle and rolled up via Goal Alignment to show how individual goals ladder up to team/company objectives. Appraisals are the formal review itself; Feedback covers informal, ongoing input outside the formal cycle.

#Where to start

  1. Goals should be set early in a Cycle — Appraisals typically expect them to already exist, not be written at review time.
  2. Use Goal Alignment to check a goal actually ladders up to something real before treating it as approved.
  3. Feedback Abuse Audit exists because Feedback is often anonymous or peer-submitted — use it if feedback quality is being questioned.
