This is a screen in BSuit Smart (mobile & devices), in the “Doctor” area. It is used by doctors. What appears depends on your sign-in, role and the data available to you.

#Fields you fill in

These inputs are on the screen (some may only appear in a pop-up form):

1. Reason
2. Advice / notes (optional)
3. e.g. Amoxicillin 500 mg capsule three times a day for 5 days after food

#If something is missing or fails

1. Nothing loads: check the device is online and that you are signed in to the right account.
2. An action is missing: it may need a role you do not have; ask your administrator.
3. A message appears: note it, the screen name and what you were doing, then contact support (never send passwords or PINs).
