This is a screen in BSuit Smart (mobile & devices), in the “Driver” area. It is used by delivery drivers. What appears depends on your sign-in, role and the data available to you.

#Buttons and actions

The screen offers these actions. Some appear only in certain situations, for example after a step is complete:

This screen uses:

1. Works with a saved queue when the connection drops; queued work is sent when you are back online.
2. Refreshes its data (pull down to refresh, or automatically).

#Messages you may see

The screen can show these messages:

1. Nothing assigned to you right now.

#If something is missing or fails

1. Nothing loads: check the device is online and that you are signed in to the right account.
2. An action is missing: it may need a role you do not have; ask your administrator.
3. A message appears: note it, the screen name and what you were doing, then contact support (never send passwords or PINs).
