This is a screen in BSuit Smart (mobile & devices), in the “Employee self-service” area. It is used by employees. What appears depends on your sign-in, role and the data available to you.

For support staff: this screen talks to these BSuit services.

1. /api/document-management with employee-folder ACL.

#If something is missing or fails

1. Nothing loads: check the device is online and that you are signed in to the right account.
2. An action is missing: it may need a role you do not have; ask your administrator.
3. A message appears: note it, the screen name and what you were doing, then contact support (never send passwords or PINs).

#Observed on the web app

On 2026-09-22 this screen was opened in the BSuit Smart web app signed in as the demo employee account. It loaded with data and no errors, and showed text such as: “Back Expenses No expense reports yet. Tap "Quick c”, “Back Expenses”, “No expense reports yet. Tap "Quick capture" to sta”, “Quick capture”.
