#About Maintenance Register

This is a screen in BSuit Smart (mobile & devices), in the “Maintenance technician” area. It is used by maintenance technicians. What appears depends on your sign-in, role and the data available to you.

#Fields you fill in

These inputs are on the screen (some may only appear in a pop-up form):

1. Enrollment code
2. Device name
3. Scan, attach, or paste the code
4. Workshop A — Bench 2

#Buttons and actions

The screen offers these actions. Some appear only in certain situations, for example after a step is complete:

1. Scan QR
2. Attach QR
3. Paste
4. Enroll

#Device features used

This screen uses:

1. Barcode or QR scanning with the device camera.
2. Taking a photo with the device camera.

#Messages you may see

The screen can show these messages:

1. No QR code found in that image.

#If something is missing or fails

1. Nothing loads: check the device is online and that you are signed in to the right account.
2. An action is missing: it may need a role you do not have; ask your administrator.
3. A message appears: note it, the screen name and what you were doing, then contact support (never send passwords or PINs).
