This is a screen in BSuit Smart (mobile & devices), in the “Warehouse” area. It is used by warehouse staff. What appears depends on your sign-in, role and the data available to you.

#Fields you fill in

These inputs are on the screen (some may only appear in a pop-up form):

1. Print agent device id
2. Printer name on the agent
3. Load / trip reference (optional)

#Buttons and actions

The screen offers these actions. Some appear only in certain situations, for example after a step is complete:

1. Cancel
2. Save

#Confirmations

The screen asks you to confirm before:

1. Label printer

#If something is missing or fails

1. Nothing loads: check the device is online and that you are signed in to the right account.
2. An action is missing: it may need a role you do not have; ask your administrator.
3. A message appears: note it, the screen name and what you were doing, then contact support (never send passwords or PINs).
