Getting started with DocSync
The desktop app that keeps a local folder synced with BSuit Document Management — an OneDrive-style sync client for BSuit’s DMS.

#How the app is organized
The main window lists your sync pairs — each one links a local folder to a location in BSuit’s Document Management. Add Pair walks through picking a local folder and a matching DMS folder (via the DMS folder picker) to link them. Once running, DocSync syncs changes in both directions automatically; a system tray flyout gives quick status without opening the full window. Conflict Resolve appears only when the same file changed in both places since the last sync — it is not part of the normal, no-conflict flow.
#Where to start
- Create a sync pair via Add Pair before expecting anything to sync — DocSync does nothing to unlinked local folders.
- Use the DMS folder picker to link to the correct Document Management location — an incorrectly-picked folder will happily sync to the wrong place.
- A Conflict Resolve prompt means the same file was edited in both the local folder and BSuit DMS since the last sync — pick which version wins, or keep both, rather than dismissing it.
- The tray flyout is the fastest way to confirm sync is actually running before assuming a file "didn’t save."
