#How the module is organized

Pas (Patient Administration System) handles admission, discharge, and transfer; Bed Board gives a real-time view of ward/bed occupancy that Pas updates. MAR (Medication Administration Record) tracks what’s been given to a patient and when; OT Calendar schedules operating theatre time.

#Where to start

1. A patient must be admitted through Pas before Bed Board will show them against a bed.
2. MAR entries should be logged at the time of administration, not after the fact — it’s a clinical safety record.
3. OT Calendar bookings typically need supporting clinical documentation attached before theatre time is confirmed.
