#How the module is organized

Assets are the center of this module — each has a Category, Location, Meters, Permits, Insurance, and Documents. Breakdown Reports and Downtime Records track unplanned failures; Checklist Templates drive scheduled inspections; Contractors and Drivers cover work done by external parties.

#Where to start

  1. Register Assets under an Asset Category and Asset Location.
  2. Attach Asset Meters if usage-based maintenance intervals apply.
  3. Use Checklist Templates for recurring inspection routines.
  4. Log a Breakdown Report as soon as an asset fails, not after the fact — it drives Downtime Records.
  5. Asset Transfers move an asset between locations without losing its history.
