#How the module is organized

Property Listings are the properties available for sale/lease. Market Comparables hold recent sale/lease data used to justify a listing’s asking price. Property Inquiries capture interest from prospective buyers/renters against a specific listing.

#Where to start

1. Add Market Comparables before finalizing a listing price, especially for higher-value properties.
2. Property Inquiries should be routed to a follow-up owner promptly — the module tracks them but doesn’t auto-assign by default in every configuration.
