Getting started with AI Studio
The AI Studio module: its seven Developer menu pages, what each is for, and how it differs from the BSuit AI assistant.

#What AI Studio is
AI Studio is the installable module that provides the Developer menu (administrators only). It is the low-code toolkit for extending BSuit: custom entities, forms, rules, notifications and audit policy. It is not the chat assistant — for AI providers, AI Chat and AI Documents see Getting started with BSuit AI. The module is listed as “AI Studio” in the module registry, so a missing Developer menu usually means this module is not installed for your company.

#Where to start
- Create the Entity first; Form Builder, Business Rules and Notifications all work on an existing entity.
- Submit structural changes as a Change Request — most configurations require approval before they are applied.
- Review Audit Config for new custom entities so their changes appear in Audit Logs.
- Only administrators see the Developer menu; ask an administrator if you need access (see Identity and Access).
