#How the module is organized

Surveys collects structured feedback and rolls it up into Survey results. Awards and the Kudos Wall run peer-to-peer recognition; Suggestions is an open channel for employee-submitted ideas, separate from formal feedback.

#Where to start

1. Survey results only becomes meaningful once a Survey has closed and collected enough responses.
2. Kudos Wall entries are typically visible company-wide — treat Awards as the more formal, curated recognition path.
3. Suggestions doesn’t require manager approval to submit, but usually needs someone assigned to triage it, or ideas will sit unreviewed.
