#About Stock Products

This is a report page for reading, filtering and exporting results in BSuit ERP (Inventory & Warehouse). It is used by staff (internal users). What you can see and do depends on your role and permissions.

#How to open it

In BSuit ERP, open Inventory & Warehouse and choose “Stock Products”, or go directly to the address /inventory-management/stock-products.

These controls are present in the page’s implementation. Whether you see a given one also depends on your permissions and on the data shown.

  1. Delete records (you are asked to confirm).
  2. Export what you see to a file.
  3. Print or save as PDF.
  4. Search within the page.
  5. Filter the data shown.
  6. Sort by a column.
  7. Page through long lists.
  8. Open dialogs or drawers for detail and confirmation.

#Data stored for each record

The form layout of this page could not be read from its source, so here is everything BSuit stores for a stockproduct (see also the StockProduct data reference). Which fields appear on screen depends on the page and your configuration.

#Filtering this report

Narrow stock products using these filters:

  1. From Date
  2. To Date

  5. Warehouse
  6. Product Code

  8. HSN Code

#How to run a stock products report

Reports are read-only: running one never changes data.

  1. Open Inventory & Warehouse › Stock Products from the menu.
  2. Set the filters you need: From Date, To Date, Record Type, Status, Warehouse, Product Code, Product Name, HSN Code, Batch No, Category, Brand, Product Group, Product Type, Voucher No. Leave a filter empty to include everything.
  3. Run or refresh the report so the figures reflect your filters.
  4. Use Export to download what you see.
  5. Use Print to print or save it as a PDF.
  6. If the numbers look wrong, check the filters, the selected company and the accounting period before contacting support.

#If something is missing or fails

  1. No data: confirm the company or context selected in the top bar, and any filters or date range in use.
  2. An action is hidden or disabled: it usually needs a permission your role does not have. Ask an administrator to check your effective access.
  3. An error message appears: note the message, the page address and what you were doing, and contact support with those details (never include passwords).
